Our house is conveniently located near the entrance of Village Green. We have a great view out of our kitchen window of a forested area which we have really enjoyed. Our unit is an end unit, walkthrough, and has a walk out basement. Downstairs we have a large storage room. We installed a brand new AC unit, and Village Green installed a new Furnace in October of 2019. We replaced all ceiling fans in all bedrooms and the living room. All of the house minus the bathroom was newly painted August of 2016. All appliances will be left in the unit. Our parking spots are right out in front of the unit. Village green is a great community and very family friendly. 

• We are asking for a deposit to hold the unit until May which will be non-refundable 
• Village Green requires a $1,000 deposit, which will be returned to the owner upon move-out following Village Green inspection. 
• The monthly co-op fee for this unit is $413 which includes: property tax, sewer, water, garbage, maintenance of grounds, and maintenance of everything original to the unit (furnace, water heater, refrigerator).
